Why we're building it
Every store knows the leak. The phone rings during the 7 AM drop-off rush and every advisor is face-to-face with a customer. It rings again at 7 PM on a Saturday when nobody's there. Those callers don't leave a voicemail — they call the next store. Fixed-ops gross walks out the back door one missed call at a time, and no one can even count it.
General AI "receptionists" don't fix this, because a dealership service department isn't a generic front desk. It has op-codes, shop loading, recall campaigns, CSI scores, and compliance rules a horizontal tool ignores. VoxDrive is built vertically for that world.
What we believe
- Augment, don't replace. Ava takes the calls your team can't get to and hands the rest straight to them. Your advisors stay on the drive where they earn.
- Never fake it. Ava announces she's an AI, never invents a price or a policy, and transfers to a human the moment a caller wants one. Trust with your customers is your asset, not ours to spend.
- Prove it on the dashboard. Calls caught, appointments booked, revenue recovered — measured, not promised. If it doesn't pay for itself, you should fire us.
- Respect the line. Your published number never changes and you can switch us off with one star code. No lock-in, no long contract.
Where we are today
We're early and honest about it: we're onboarding our first dealerships now through the Founding Dealer Program. That means a free 30-day pilot, white-glove setup, a founding rate locked for a year, and a direct line to the people building the product. In exchange we ask for candid feedback and — once we've genuinely earned it — a case study.
