Privacy Policy
Pre-launch draft. This policy is reviewed by counsel before public launch; a few items (registered address, retention specifics) are finalized at that time. Questions? Contact us.
Who we are
VoxDrive ("we", "us") provides AI phone-agent services to automotive dealerships. This policy covers our website and platform. To reach us, use the contact form; our registered mailing address is available on request.
Call recordings & transcripts
Calls handled by our platform are recorded and transcribed on behalf of our dealership customers. A recording disclosure is played at the start of every call, following each state's consent rules. Recordings are stored encrypted, retained per the dealership's configured retention period, and are never sold.
Data we collect
Website: analytics and the details you submit in a demo request (name, dealership, email, phone, and your note). Platform: account data, call audio and transcripts, caller phone numbers, and appointment details processed on behalf of our dealership customers.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, generate call analytics for the dealership, and communicate with you about your request or account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use callers' data to train third-party models. Service providers (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, speech and AI providers) process data under contract — see our Security page.
Your choices
To access or delete data from a call with a dealership using VoxDrive, contact that dealership or reach us through the contact form. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message.
