Service

VoxDrive provides AI-powered call answering, appointment booking, and related communications services to business customers ("Customer"). Plans, included minutes, and overage rates are listed on the pricing page or your order form.

Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for: the accuracy of business information used to configure the agent; obtaining any consents required to record calls and to contact its customers (including TCPA consent for outbound campaigns); and lawful use of the service.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calling; no using the service to place cold outbound calls without required consent; no attempt to disable the required AI-identification or recording disclosures.

Term & termination

Month-to-month following any pilot period; either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. We may suspend for abuse or non-payment.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is"; AI output may contain errors — the service always offers escalation to a human. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 3 months. Standard clauses (indemnification, governing law, disputes) are completed by counsel before public launch.
